The Statistical Abstract is an annual publication which provide key statistical information including key indicators useful for planning, policy making, researchers, academicians and all those who need statistical information for evidence-based planning policy formulation and decision making at all levels. The indicators presented in this publication are also crucial for monitoring and evaluation of National and International Development Goals. The concepts and definitions used in this booklet are in line with international recommendations.

The main objective of this publication is to provide a comprehensive and up to date social, political and economic statistical information summarized by sector and by economic activities for policy makers and planners.
